I'm Michelle W., the breeder behind Empire Shelties Ohio (CLOSED) located in Parma, OH. We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can. We don’t own a kennel or whelping building. Our puppies are born and raised in home. We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family!

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are raised in home with their spoiled parents (who sleep on our beds). We believe a well adjusted, affectionate dog shouldn’t be raised in a breeding kennel. It’s not about the money for us, it’s about providing families with the same great pets we fell in love with.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Toy Shetland Sheepdog puppies include sable & white, blue merle, black & white, and black & tan. Shetland Sheepdog puppies include blue merle and white, sable and white, black and white, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Michelle

Michelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Yes, all I can say is that Michelle has been most helpful and made every effort to answer questions about Koda. Especially, she will be updating me on whetjer she can bring Koda to me on Saturday 01/042025 depending on the weather factors. I have been made aware of the sheltie's food requirements (brand and eating habits) as well as the bell to hang on the doorknob so Koda can notify me when he needs to go out to do his bathroom duties.
