Georgia State (GDA) licensed Dog Breeder/ Pet Dealer/ Online Store, specializing in Australian Shepherds, Mini American Shepherd, Aussiedoodles and Mini Hippo Puppies. We also have an official AKC CGC Evaluator on our team that serves specific cities in Georgia, USA. We are recognized and certified with the AKC Bred with H.E.A.R.T. Program, Just giving love and sweet handling to each and every one our pups individually while they await to go to their forever homes. And yes!!!   • Why did you start breeding?

    I always wanted to be a veterinarian and had a such love for dogs since childhood. Rescue any animal that seems to need help and after my very 1st experience of helping deliver my sweet girl's puppies, I knew this was what I'd love for the rest of my life.

With all our puppies, we raise them in a home environment, with as much love as human possible. Be assured, your puppy will be well mannered, well socialized and love children. Our pups are handled and loved up by our children and us from the day they are delivered to the bittersweet good byes we must say once they have found their forever homes.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Miniature American Shepherd puppies include red tri-color, black tri, red merle, and blue merle. Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Full Embark Panel, DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    The experience I had with this breeder was exceptional! It exceeded my expectations and far more. I have had Gertrude for almost a month now, and she was hand-delivered to me personally by the Tammi herself. I was so concerned, reluctant and hesitant to get a puppy, being that I am an older person. And after the passing of my husband, Joey, I just did not think that I would be able to put a smile back on my face. Ever since this little puppy has come into my life, she has bought happiness and joy back to me! She’s my best friend and my companion. As Tammi had promised me, she was definitely a pup that was more laid-back and relaxed. It was truly the perfect match for me. I was also worried that this pup would get too large for me to handle, but again with Tammi’s reassurance, she told me that this pup is expected to be a certain weight at her full grown size and it was true! Gertrude will be six months, I guess that’s considered full grown in two months and right now she’s about 22 pounds, so this falls perfectly in the estimated range that Tammi promised. Tammi seemed to be a very kind soul person, she spent time with me. She was patient. She answered all my questions. She reassured me and let me know that if I needed her she was only a text away, which she has proven. Potty training Gertrude was a breeze due to the fact that she had told me that she starts potty training her puppies from early. I truly am so happy.! This is a photo of Gertrude on our self-care day. Yes she even allows me to put a headband on her. I would highly recommend Tammi and anyone that wanted to get a puppy from a loving kind place, it seems like her pups reflect her personality. They are very loved and cared for, and that is what I’ve been given with Gertrude. Thank you again so much, Tammi!!!!

    I am very happy with this breeder and eagerly anticipate the delivery of my new puppy. Tammi, the owner was so great helping me make payments and guiding me through the whole payment process step-by-step. She did exactly what she promised to do, reserving my pup before the birth of the litter and allowing me to have 1st pick of the pups. Since birth of the litter, Tammi has sent me videos twice a week of my pup’s growth, development and playfulness. This was really a nice touch and a reassurance of the rapport we have built together. I would definitely consider getting another pup from Heart2Heart Pups once my new baby gets home and is a little bit older.

    Tammi really does pour her heart into her puppies. She was a wonderful support in helping transition Domino home.
