At Impeccable, We strive for perfection in health, beauty, small size & temperaments. We are dedicated to improving and preserving the breed.   • Why did you start breeding?

    In 1992, I wanted "just a pet" but was talked into taking a show potential male puppy. It was a learning curve but I had great mentors who taught me how to maintain excellence in health, breed standards and temperaments.   • What makes your program special?

    Not only are our dogs raised by my family in our home on 7 acres in Summerfield FL, but they are chosen for health primarily, temperament and beauty since we do show. Our dogs are OFA certified; DNA tested as well as regularly checked by our vet. Highly socialized puppies. This is a passion and not a career so we CAN make informed decisions and NOT rely on our dogs for income like some.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Chihuahua puppies include long and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Mastiff puppies include apricot, fawn, and brindle. Chihuahua puppies include chocolate, cream, fawn, red, white, fawn and white, black and silver, blue and white, black and white, gold and white, cream and white, chocolate and white, chocolate and tan, blue and tan, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kimberly

Kimberly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $5,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price depends on age, sex, color, estimated adult size , structure (AKC standard) and bite (teeth) & coat. Prices are based on current comparables to other show reputable breeders who DNA/ OFA test. Refundable in full ONLY if the puppy does not pass the FL health exam or puppy passes away in our care. Non transferrable to a new puppy if the new owner chooses not to take dog.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kimberly may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

    From the moment I connected with Kimberly I knew we were in great hands. She quickly offered to hop on the phone with us and answered all sorts of questions about the puppy, the breed, training, and more. Our daughter was thrilled to FaceTime with the new puppy and once we decided we couldn’t live without him, the process was fast and easy. Kimberly arranged for us to work with a flight nanny to transport the little guy to us. And, while we waited anxiously for his arrival she sent photos and videos. We are loving our new addition to the family and he is smart, loving, and brings joy wherever he goes. Kimberly has been kind enough to continue to touch base to make sure Romeo is doing well.     My experience with Kim was nothing but the best. She breeds healthy AKC standard Chihuahua puppies. She is also very knowledgeable and her web page is very informative. All my questions was answered before talking with Kim from her web page. I lost my Chihuahua in December and she was very much a big part of my heart and when she died my heart was broken. Kim was so understanding and sympathetic of my feelings. I was ready and still have a lot of love to give another Chihuahua puppy and Kim helped me find her.
