Why did you start breeding?
After attending Central Michigan University I started my career with a guided hunting business. I use elite German Shorthaired Pointers with superior pedigrees from Champion Bloodlines to guide my hunts. It made complete sense to breed and train along with my hunting business because I was given a gift at a young age and I have a wealth of dog knowledge that I have gained in my lifetime.What makes your program special?
Dog training, guiding upland bird hunts and raising puppies is not a hobby, it is my full time professional career. The exceptional quality of my dogs pedigrees along with them being well trained to guide hunts for me provides a testament to the product that I produce. The amount of wisdom and time devoted to what I do has made me a master in my field.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
Getting a puppy from Trisha
Trisha has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Trisha partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.

Hero is sweet, loving, and very congenial with an easy-going temperament. He is a close working dog who is eager to please. When he goes on point, he is determined and fully committed. His great great grandfather NFC/FC Rawhides Clown HOF, and 3 of his great great great grandfather’s DC/AFC Sam Saint Max MH VCX HOF, DC Hillhaven’s Hustler HOF, and NFC/FC Rawhides Clown HOF are in the Hall of Fame. Hero has Dual Champions, Master Hunters, National Field Champions, Field Champions, Amateur Field Champions, Champions, Junior Hunters, Versatility Certificate Excellent, Retrieving Dog Excellent Titles, and NAVHDA titles in his Pedigree.

About Rona
Rona is OFA-CHIC certified. She always works to please as her personality and disposition is devoted and affectionate. When she is in the field her drive never stops and her points are staunch. The speed at which she learns and has developed is exceptional and impressive. She is the daughter of Hill’s Lightning Layna and Mountain’s Fury Broad Stripes and Bright Stars (Jake). Her grandfather is from Hidden Hollow Kennel who has produced Hall of Fame dogs and is known for creating more Dual Champions than any kennel in AKC history. Rona has Master Hunters, National Field Champions, Field Champions, Amateur Field Champions, Champions, Senior Hunters and NAVHDA titles in her Pedigree. Her father Jake was recently awarded the Hunt Sire of the Year for 2025 by the GSPCA.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
