What truly sets her apart is the extraordinary level of dedication she showed to our family. She went far above and beyond by traveling out of state to meet us halfway between Georgia and Chicago. This kind of commitment ensures a safe and personalized transition for the puppies and speaks volumes about her integrity. The handoff was seamless and professional. She provided us with a comprehensive folder of documentation, an initial supply of food, and thoughtful comfort items to help our puppy settle into our home. We recently adopted our Italian Greyhound puppy, Jagger, through Shawn on Good Dog, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. As first-time IG owners, we were not familiar about the process of buying through a breeder, but Shawn made everything feel effortless and reassuring. Right from our initial inquiry, Shawn's responses were incredibly prompt—often within hours, even on weekends—which helped us feel supported and excited rather than left in the dark. She walked us through every step, from health screenings and vaccinations to transportation options, answering all our questions with patience and detail. One of the highlights was the abundance of videos and photos she shared of the litter. We got frequent updates showing Jagger and his siblings playing, eating, and growing, which allowed us to bond with him virtually before he even arrived. It was so heartwarming and helped us confirm he was the perfect fit for our family. The pickup was seamless; Shawn met us at the airport, and meeting her there was straightforward and stress-free. Since bringing him home, Jagger has been the picture of health and happiness—energetic, affectionate, and adjusting beautifully without any issues. Shawn provided a comprehensive booklet of care instructions tailored to Italian Greyhounds, including breed-specific watch-outs like dental care, cold sensitivity, vaccine issues and equipment suggestions.
