Meet the breeder

I'm Amy J., the breeder behind Amy's Vizslas located in Springfield, OH. The foundation of our breeding program starts with raising healthy and well-loved dogs. We aim to pass the same happiness of owning a quality-bred dog to our buyers.

Q. & A. with Amy

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have owned, and loved, the breed for 20 yrs now. It is my goal to bring the same joy of Vizsla ownership to others. I'd owned 2 generations of my maternal line and the goal in mind of continuing that line for years to come.
  • What makes your program special?

We try to introduce our puppies to numerous experiences, in the hopes that they will grow into happy healthy dogs, in whatever discipline their owners may hope to guide them towards.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are golden rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
