I'm Megan B., the breeder behind ArmySoldier Dalmatians located in Frisco, TX. We breed Dalmatians with purpose and intentionality. We have 1 litter per year in our clean home and we strive for excellence in temperament, beauty, and conformation to the standard. We are part of the LUA project and we hope to improve the health of Dalmatians through our breeding program.
Q. & A. with Megan
Why did you start breeding?
As a young girl, I always loved watching dog shows - particularly the National Dog Show on Thanksgiving. As an adult, my husband and I decided to dive into the dog show world and quickly fell in love with the fact that dog shows are intended to help breeders choose the best of the best. We often say, dog shows aren't beauty pageants, they exist to help us build longevity and health into our pets
What makes your program special?
We only raise 1 litter per year and we pour our time, energy, resources, and attention into these puppies in our home. We spend many hours every day playing with puppies and preparing them to enter into our customers' homes and enrich their lives. This is a great opportunity for us to "do unto others" as we live by the Golden Rule and prepare these puppies to make someone else happy!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and black and white and liver brown. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
