I'm Pan, the breeder behind Atlantic Coast PWD located in Jacksonville, FL. We deliver across most of the country (I-10 or I-95 corridors) at no extra cost. Our pups are raised with lots of new people, sounds, sights, and other animals so that they are accustomed to active homes. We pre-train for potty training and prepare our pups to make terrific family companions.

Why did you start breeding?
As I learned more about responsible breeding practices, I wanted to do my part to produce healthy, well-bred puppies. It has been an absolute joy of a journey, and I am so happy to be able to share these wonderful dogs with other loving families and individuals.What makes your program special?
I am passionate about Portuguese Water Dogs, and my love for these dogs shines through in every aspect of my breeding program. I spend lots of time with my puppies and enjoy training and socializing them so that they will be best prepared for their new lives with their forever families.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Price
“Price includes health guarantee, vaccinations, deworming, and microchip. Also includes delivery along I-10 or I-95 (one trip per litter). $500 deposit, non-refundable, to hold a puppy. This will be applied to the cost of the puppy at sale.”

Bowie is the jock of the family; always impressive with his ability to master complex, athletic behaviors. He is energetic, laser focused and very playful. He has a gorgeous black, wavy coat and classic PWD features. He carries himself with a great deal of dignity and self-assurance and is our most water-forward dog.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Microphthalmia Syndrome (PES), PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 2 (PRA-crd2), PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 1 (PRA-crd1), Juvenile Dilated Cardiomyopathy, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Early Onset Progressive Retinal Atrophy (EOPRA), GM1 Gangliosidosis, Portuguese Water Dog Type
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
