I'm Riley K., the breeder behind Aussie Acres located in Osakis, MN. Welcome to Aussie Acres! Owned and operated by me, a 17 year old high school student! I breed Australian Shepherd × Australian Cattle Dog mixed pups to support ag life with smart, loyal working dogs that also make great family members!

Why did you start breeding?
My interest in breeding started after growing up with Australian Shepherds and seeing how much I loved the breed. I became interested in learning more about responsible breeding and eventually started Aussie Acres as my FFA Supervised Agricultural Experience. Since starting in 2022, I’ve gained hands-on experience with breeding, raising puppies, and caring for my dogs.
What makes your program special?
Aussie Acres is special because it combines my passion for Australian Shepherds with my FFA SAE and my goal of becoming a veterinarian. I focus on responsible breeding, health and genetic testing, and giving puppies a strong start through proper care and socialization. I want every puppy to be raised with love and placed with a family where they can thrive.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Riley

Riley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Riley partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit that secures a specific puppy. The remaining $250 is due at pickup, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee

Riley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Riley offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Riley directly.
