Our goal is to bred healthy and happy Rat Terriers! Why did you start breeding?
I did not buy a Rat Terrier with the goal of showing conformation, let alone breeding! I love the breed and want to share that love with others! What better way to do that than to breed healthy and happy Rat Terriers!What makes your program special?
We are a home-based breeding program. Our dogs our our family! Our Rat Pack have a doggy door and they use it! We are on 1/3 of an acre and they love to run! Our dogs are crate trained and sleep in crates in our house at night.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue white and tan, white and blue fawn, red white and sable, and black tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

"Each litter is AKC registered, tails and declaws were removed at 3 days, puppies are wormed and have one set of puppy shots before going home. Puppies are microchipped. $850.00 due when their puppy is picked out of the litter. This is a non-refundable reservation fee. If needed, the fee can be rolled over to a future litter."

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Legg-Calve-Perthes (OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Chondrodystrophy and IVDD Risk (CDDY-IVDD), Full Embark Panel, Primary Lens Luxation (PLL)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
