Lisa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Lisa partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.
“We take great care in matching the right puppy to the right home. Puppy temperaments are not fully developed until 49 days (a number the military developed after a very long time of research and evaluating litters for military service). It would be inaccurate to assess temperaments outside of this date. While temperament is usually the most important piece for the average pet home, we also evaluate breed type and structure at 56 days to see which puppies may be able to be shown and possibly carry on the genetic blueprint of the litter. Most show dogs spend most of thier life as someone's pet, so even if they have amazing type and structure, if they do not have a typical Vizsla temperament, they should not be shown or bred. That is one of may reasons why temperament testing is so important. Often we have more show quality puppies than we have homes interested in showing or allowing me to show and do a breeding with their dogs. Homes that allow that will usually be a step ahead of someone looking for "just" a pet. Remember that even the top show dogs are still someone's pet, especially with Vizslas. ”

“While price should never be the sole consideration in choosing a 15 year commitment, we understand that you need some ballpark in order to plan. We keep our price at or below local backyard breeders and high volume breeders or puppy mills to dissuade people from buying from less reputable breeders.”
Lisa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. About Icelynn
Icelynn aims to please all. She may help an 8-year-old junior handler go around the ring for the first time in the morning. Go hunting with anyone for the day. She may curl up gently in the lap of an eighty-year-old Parkinson's patient in the evening. She has shown and won at dog shows for more people than I can keep track of. She has delivered some beautiful litters and we can't wait to see what she has in store for us this time.

About Bond
Bond was my once-in-a-lifetime dog. To say he was a heart dog doesn't speak large enough. While he was more elegant and stoic than many Vizslas, he was in love with me. He would have done anything I asked of him. He loved hunting birds and competing in bird dog events. He was a dual champion master hunter advanced. He played in obedience, rally, conformation shows, and we started late in trying out agility. His most important job was by my side as a service dog. He was the best Manny to the puppies when they were very little, but was scared once they started moving fast. If I asked, Bond delivered. Please note that Bond passed away in 2023. This is a frozen semen breeding that we are excited to bring forward.
