Q. & A. with Trevor

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got started in breeding through my family my parents were dedicated Black and Tan Coonhound & Redbone coonhond breeders, and I grew up learning the process firsthand. Over time, I took on their program and have continued building on the same foundation of responsible, knowledgeable breeding.
  • What makes your program special?

What makes my breeding program special is its strong family foundation and focus on quality. I continue a program built on years of experience, producing healthy, well-tempered Black and Tan Coonhounds & Redbone Coonhound with strong pedigrees and natural hunting ability. Each puppy is well cared for, properly socialized, and raised with attention to ensure they go to the right homes.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Black and Tan Coonhound puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Trevor

Trevor has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Trevor partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“My matching process is based on ensuring each puppy is placed in the most suitable home. I take time to learn about each buyer’s lifestyle, experience, home environment, and what they are looking for in a puppy. From there, I consider each puppy’s temperament, energy level, and personality to make the best possible match. My goal is to ensure a good fit for both the puppy and the family, so the puppy can thrive and the new owner is happy and well-prepared for their new companion.”
