I'm Detra H., the breeder behind BornABully located in Indianapolis, IN. My focus is to improve the breed in conformity, intelligence, and health. All my dogs are treated like members of my family! I strive to do the necessary work to breed to offset and eliminate less desirable traits in the breed. I also educate those as needed when I recognize conditions in an animal that should not be bred and brought forward into another generation. It would be my pleasure to introduce your family to your next forever companion!

Why did you start breeding?
I breed to both help ensure the future of the breed and to improve upon my dogs' fantastic traits with each generation. I had a dog that I decided I had to have a pup from him because he was so adorable, smart, and loving. The rest is history!What makes your program special?
My base dogs were bred by top breeders. They are show quality and are bred to others with greater potential of producing an improvement to the breed. Females are not bred until 2 years of age. Thereafter they are bred twice in their lifetime with 2 years between breedings. Males do not stud until 2 years of age. From birth until they are ready to breed, the dogs are vaccinated, trained, and loved.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Price
"Puppies come with the guarantee, a microchip, registration card, food sample, puppy care instructions, a travel crate, and a slip notch lease. Shipping is not included. Each puppy's price is dependent upon puppy conformity, health, and intelligence. The first through third picks are usually show quality. Anything thereafter may be identified as pet quality dependent upon litter size."

Detra may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
