I'm Wendy S., the breeder behind Cedar Hills GSP Kennels located in Cabot, AR. We're passionate about raising well-rounded pups who will excel in any venue with their new families. We take pride in our pups. Our dogs are bred to produce healthy, sound, and versatile pups. Our ultimate goal is to produce athletic and well-structured canines that can excel within various venues and have the ability to be the greatest family companions.

Why did you start breeding?
We love this breed! Our dogs have brought us so much love and happiness that we decided to start our own responsible breeding program by producing the highest quality dogs and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families. We hope to help families find their puppies from responsible and ethical sources to help build a better and safer world for our dogs.
What makes your program special?
We take responsible breeding very seriously. As breeders, we are stewards of the future of the breed, so we are careful to always maintain ethical breeding practices. This includes proper care, intentional breeding for specific traits, and raising our puppies with proper socialization. We are dedicated to always providing our buyers and our puppies with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and liver, liver roan, liver and white, and liver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Wendy
Wendy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $1,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This is for an AKC Registered puppy that has been microchipped by the age of 6 weeks. The breeder will register the puppy at the time of pick up and the paperwork will be sent to you via AKC. $200 non refundable deposit.”

Lexie is the performance dog of my Shorthairs. She holds Conformation titles in AKC, UKC and International titles. She holds her titles in AKC: CA BCAT SCN SBN RATN CGCA CGCU TKI ATT VHMA VSWB FITB in UKC: CH NC in IABCA: International Champion. She loves to participate in Barn Hunting and Hide and Seek where she holds multiple titles in both. Lexie Marie is also holds multiple titles in NASDA.

Gage is an amazing boy, he loves to run but has razor sharp attention when it comes to birds. He is a firm believer of "If it flies it dies". He will sit down and cuddle or run full out to keep up. We call him the gargoyle of our dogs, he loves to look over our 6 foot fence and watch the neighbors, you could say he is a peeping-tom.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Acral Mutilation Syndrome (AMS), Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 12 (NCL12), Australian Cattle Dog Type, Day Blindness, Achromatopsia, von Willebrand Disease III (vWD III)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
