I'm Anne G., the breeder behind Centurian Mastini located in Mc Dowell County, NC. We have been in Neapolitan Mastiffs for over a quarter-century and Spanish Mastiffs for 13 years. We are preservation breeders that breed to the written standard. We have owned Neapolitan Mastiffs for over 25 years. We enjoy sharing our passion for these breeds with those who appreciate them just as much as we do. If you're looking for the perfect, quality companion, look no further!
Q. & A. with Anne
Why did you start breeding?
We are preservation breeders striving for quality, health, and to ensure the future of the Neapolitan and Spanish Mastiffs for generations more to come. We do not breed often, and only produce a litter when we want a dog for ourselves -- not just to sell puppies. It's an amazing feeling knowing that we made a positive contribution to these dogs and the families who love them!
What makes your program special?
We are premier breeders. Centurian Mastini dogs have been carefully selected, with dogs imported from around the world, to guarantee their accomplished pedigree. We do not produce a litter unless we want a dog for ourselves, and we ensure our breeding stock has passed every single health test, has a great pedigree, outstanding conformation, and will make a positive contribution to their line overall. Many of our dogs have become exceptional show prospects and champions, but all of them have become excellent family dogs and lifelong friends!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Neapolitan Mastiff puppies include blue and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
