I'm Courtney R., the breeder behind Chloe & Friends located in Williamsburg, VA. When we got our first chihuahua, (Chloe) we were instantly in love. She is the sweetest most loving dog I've ever met. She completely changed my view on what people thought of chihuahuas. Since then, we’ve decided to share our love for chihuahuas by bringing happy, healthy and loved chi babies into the lives of other families! Warning ⚠️ chihuahuas can be addictive. Like Pringles.... you can't have just one! 😉.

Getting a puppy from Courtney

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Courtney partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and $1,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Ms. Courtney Bee and one of her litters produced a precious little female long-any haired black, white, and tan puppy that is full of fun, spunk and energy.     Courtney was a wonderful breeder to work with. She was knowledgeable, honest, and clearly passionate about her chihuahuas - she sees them as her children. She was open to us meeting her mama Baby and puppy ahead of the pickup date. The pickup process was smooth, filled with a goody bag of kibble, treats, pads, medical paperwork, and toys. Mocha is a sunshine - affectionate, sweet, smart, and extremely playful, but also just wants to be with her person. She loves all people, dogs, adores even cats and greets them with kisses. She is well-adjusted and doesn’t get afraid of much. She is friendly to strangers, hangs out at restaurants and movie theaters, and watches ambulance trucks go by with no issues. Her personality is perfect and she’s brought so much joy to our family. She is starting to master potty training and doing incredibly well.
