I'm Roxann C., the breeder behind Coffey Chihuahua Café located in Casper, WY. We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. We cherish all of our animals and enjoy sharing the love of a Chihuahua with other individuals and families!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I used to breed cockapoos and loved each and every one of them. And my children started to grow up they showed interest in having chihuahuas. Especially my son who got our first male, Spike. We had two girls, sisters, Jewel and Harley. They both had four letters and then retired them and they grew up to live to be 20 years old before passing away. I started up my program again a few years later.

  • What makes your program special?

    We breed specifically for temperament and health. We don't strive to create the smallest chihuahuas possible because we find that smaller chihuahuas seem to have more health problems. Our average weight is about 6.5 lb. We want happy and healthy babies that live a long time for their owners to enjoy.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include merle, black, chocolate, blue, blue fawn, silver, black and white, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Roxann

Roxann has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Prices very by puppy and many factors are how we decide. Coat length density and color. Size. And gender. Our deposits are taken once you have picked a puppy. We do not do deposit for waitlist but we do require it to hold the specific puppy that you are wanting. Deposit is non-refundable.”

Roxann may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     I cannot sing the praises of Coffey Chihuahua Cafe enough! After my elderly Chihuahua passed, I was “just looking” at puppies on Good Dog when I came across Roxann’s beautiful puppies. I fell in love with a lovely chihuahua pup of theirs, that I have now named Matilda (aka Tilly). I live in New England and flew to meet them to pick up my beautiful girl. They made the process so easy and I am feeling so lucky for this amazing addition to our family. She is so smart, snuggly, and sweet. She gets along well with my Maine Coon and Bernese Mountain Dog.
