I'm Joseph D., the breeder behind Concordia located in Arkadelphia, AR. We raise our puppies with total care and attention so they can become well-socialized and loving additions to their forever homes. As breeders, we are very selective in our breeding decisions. We prioritize maintaining a manageable breeding program to allow individual socialization of each puppy.
