Meet the breeder

I'm Amanda G., the breeder behind Crescent Hill Dalmatians located in Conway, SC. We breed to preserve the unique characteristics of the Dalmatian which includes breeding for health, temperament, and conformation. We aim to produce quality of dogs vs quantity. We emphasize the proper socialization and training through Puppy Culture and promote responsible dog ownership.

Q. & A. with Amanda

  • Why did you start breeding?

In 2017 we purchased our first show dog, Pierce, from our breeder and mentor. We quickly got addicted to training and showing. After two years, we decided to start looking for our foundation bitch and imported EmberLynn from Croatia. We continued to show in multiple sports and completed all health tests before deciding to officially begin our breeding program.
  • What makes your program special?

While we consider ourselves new to breeding, we have wonderful breed mentors that have bred and shown Dalmatians for 30+ years. Our program focuses on producing healthy family pets first and foremost. We also work to retain the best examples of the breed to continue our breeding program and to be placed into show homes. We work hard to prove our dogs both via health testing and titling.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
