I'm Jaime W., the breeder behind Cute As A Cupcake Chihuahuas located in Piqua, KS. We have been loving chihuahua's for around 18 years! And decided we wanted to work towards a better confirmation Merle and a great temperament for all families! I started breeding in 2016. I have been genetic health testing as well as having OFA and CHIC certified adults to ensure we are offering the healthiest and happiest companions!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have always loved raising puppies and taking care if any and all animals! My family got a Chihuahua puppy when my son was very young and I fell in love with the breed! I then found the merle pattern in the breed and fell in love with the pattern! However at yje time there were not a lot of well bred merle chihuahuas. So I decided to do my part to improve the confirmation in the merle pattern. Over the last 8 years of breeding I have produced some gorgeous merles within standard and am very proud of my accomplishment!

  • What makes your program special?

    All of our puppies are raised in our home, under foot. So they are very friendly, social and used to all of the normal household noises and chaos and adjust very quickly in their new homes!

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include long and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include merle, black, chocolate, cream, blue, chocolate blue, cream and white, chocolate and tan, blue and tan, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Puppy prices include a $1,500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $5,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppy price includes a well socialized pup that has been pre-loved, pre-spoiled, first vaccine, dewormed, vet exam, AKC registration. All deposits are considered a holding fee to reserve a particular puppy just for you. So deposits are not refundable if you change your mind or have buyers remorse.”

    I recently got an adorable Chihuahua puppy from Jamie, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, Jamie was incredible. Her communication was always fast, friendly, and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. One of the things I appreciated most was how Jamie kept me updated while waiting for my puppy, Daisy, to be old enough to come home. She sent frequent updates and the sweetest pictures, making the anticipation much more exciting.
