I'm Sharon O., the breeder behind Cuttin Up Jack Russells located in Throckmorton, TX. We strive to raise happy, healthy puppies in my home that are socialized with people and other dogs. My puppies are PLL and SCA clear by parentage and registered with EJRTCA and AKC.
Q. & A. with Sharon
Why did you start breeding?
My first Jack Russell, "Rocky" was given to me by a dear friend and at that time, I was going to a lot of horse shows (Cuttings) hence the name Cuttin Up....anyway, I had several people trying to buy my "little man". Of course, I always said no and finally a man told me he wanted a son of Rocky and that's how I got started.
What makes your program special?
I think the fact that my puppies are raised in my home and the puppies see me all the time since I spend so much time in the nursery really helps these babies to want to bond with people. I strive to raise puppies with friendly temperaments and of course good looks.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
