Toni was very responsive and extremely thorough. She provided lots of helpful information and guided my family through the entire process. Our new addition to the family arrived in perfect health and well behaved. The overall process was extremely smooth. I highly recommend her for your puppy purchase. Thank you for Fico. We love him
