I'm Josie O., the breeder behind Dei’s Chihuahuas located in Monterey County, CA. My dogs and their puppies win titles in the ring and win the hearts of their forever families. I am passionate about these dogs and do all that I can to give each dog and puppy from my program the best life possible. I have high expectations for my puppies and make sure to place each one with an enriching and loving family complementary to their personality and ability!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My dogs are excellent representations of the breed, and I am proud to continue their line. I breed to help ensure the future of the Chihuahua and to improve upon my dogs' fantastic traits with each generation.

  • What makes your program special?

    I hold myself to the highest standard when it comes to my dogs and my policies. I am thorough in health testing and caring for my dogs, and I make sure each puppy gets the proper group and individual care that it needs to thrive. My goal is to ensure that every dog that comes from my program is set up to live a happy and healthy life and is prepared for its future role when it leaves my care.

Getting a puppy from Josie

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Josie partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Josie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
