The Lacy brothers came up with this breed and recently they became the state dog of Texas. They are so loving and loyal. Why did you start breeding?
Once the word got out that I had a dog that could recover a deer, the fun began. We got a breeding match and had our first litter. We kept a puppy from our second litter and he was something else. I knew he needed a breeding match to make the best puppies. Once we found him a match, we knew we had something special. This is this matches second and last litter. We are not in the puppy business.What makes your program special?
We are not in the puppy business. We have had 4 litters. Two from the grandparents of this litter and two from the son out of one of the litters. In other words, we have the grandparents and parents on site. They live in our house and spoiled rotten. But they still know their job. Puppies are kept inside with us as well. Yes a litter can be a mess, but these are our babies.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
