I'm Courtney G., the breeder behind du Coeur Rose Briards located in Aberdeen, MD. We got our first Briard in 2019 and Beauceron in 2016. As an up-and-coming breeder, we want to continue to see these breeds thrive for years to come and hope to make a positive impact on the breed with the help of friends and mentors. My Beaucerons are co bred with Feu Eternel Beaucerons.

Why did you start breeding?
My mom has been breeding Miniature American Shepherds for over a decade and I have always been around breeding and sports. I never intended to breed until recently when I got dogs I thought could truly add positive things to the gene pool.
What makes your program special?
The time, energy, thought and care that go into producing dogs true to standard but true to their original purpose.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are tawny. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Courtney

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"This price does not include ear cropping. The price of our puppies varies based on pet vs show/performance and includes microchipping, vaccines, first vet visit and dewormings."

Courtney may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Congenital Stationary Night Blindness (CSNB)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
