Why did you start breeding?
Decades ago I was first introduced to the breed during an SAB event, where the Boerboel’s gentle spirit, powerful presence, & bold demeanor demanded my attention. This led me to my first Boerboel. As my love, experience, knowledge, & admiration for the breed grew, I made the decision to contribute to the breed by producing a line that upheld its legacy.What makes your program special?
Simply put, I am a preservation breeder; health and temperament is why my kennel and bloodline lead in standards across the nation. Their good looks just come with the quality.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include piebald, irish marked, black, tawny, reddish brown, red, fawn, brindle, cream, and brown. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Markesha has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Deposit is for the reservation of your puppy. Prices on puppies vary from litter to litter. Full balance is due 1 week prior to your pups arrival/ pick up. We offer Pet transportation as well.”

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
