I'm Julie S., the breeder behind Easy To Spot located in Palmdale, CA. I naturally raise, train, and show my dogs in conformation and multiple dog sports. I strive to produce outstanding puppies that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive, and have wonderful temperaments. My goal is to produce a great representation of the Dalmatian and to continue improving the breed with each generation.
Q. & A. with Julie
Why did you start breeding?
Breeding has been a part of my core. I understand the very important role that breeders undertake; that today’s breeders are the guardians of the future Dalmatians. I am very proud to be breeding these incredible dogs. It is important to me that I am breeding versatile, well-rounded, socialized, and healthy pups for my buyers to welcome into their homes and hearts.
What makes your program special?
I am a professional handler of Dalmatians. I do not breed my dogs unless they are fully healthy and genetically tested. I am dedicated to always having responsible policies when it comes to breeding, socializing, and training my pups. I love what I do and truly want the very best for my puppies and their forever families.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Hip Dysplasia

Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
