About Sherman
We only have frozen on Sherman so this will be special to us. Sherman passed at at 16.2 years old. He was a special dog, super goofy, fun and loved showing and hunting equally. He was 25” tall and 68 pounds. He passed JH at 8 months and his Bred By Championship at 11 months. I showed him to the first award of merit at the 2009 GSPCA Nationals and an Award Of Excellence at the Eukanuba National Championship show.

Jäger is a medium size GSP who hunts well and has the best temperament. He’s calm in the house and is my snuggle buddy. Gets along well with other dogs including our intact male. He keeps us laughing with his antics too. OFA Hips Good, Elbows Normal, Cadiac, Eyes, DM, LD, vWD and CD clear/notmal.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
