Meet the breeder

I'm Mariah (., the breeder behind Expedition Schipperkes located in Bunnel, FL. Expedition Schipperkes is located in Florida. A well bred Schipperke should be one that possesses good health, sound temperament, correct structure, and movement. I aim to breed Schipperkes that can succeed as show dogs, performance dogs, and as a loving family companions. My dogs are first and foremost my pets. Although showing, trialing, and winning shiny ribbons can be fun, it is all incomparable to the love and happiness they fill my life with. Their companionship is what I love and value most. Q. & A. with Mariah

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have always had a passion for dogs and wanted to be able to improve and share a breed that I also had a passion for. I have seen the need for ethical breeders who strive to improve health, temperaments, genetic, and structure. My goal in breeding is to always improve on the previous generation while keeping with type.
  • What makes your program special?

I am very focused on keeping good temperaments and trainability with my puppies while still keeping form and function. I pride myself on titling my dogs in both performance and conformation venues. All my puppies are raised on Puppy Culture protocol and already will have a basic foundation started.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
