I'm Courtney F., the breeder behind Fable Creek Dalmatians located in Kalispell, MT. I got my first Dal in 2013 and fell in love with the breed. I currently have two, River my female and Maverick my stud prospect puppy (pending OFA cert after age 2). They are both amazing dogs and super smart and loyal.

Why did you start breeding?
Over the years I have assisted with raising litters of Rough Collies (my friends' dogs) and have enjoyed watching puppies grow and help find them their forever homes. I love seeing updates on the adventures they go on with their families.What makes your program special?
My puppies will be raised in my home so that they become accustomed to typical household sights, smells and sounds. They will be socialized with other dogs and cats.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and liver brown and white and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About River
River is a female Dalmatian. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Courtney decided to make her part of their program. Courtney has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA), Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
