I'm David S., the breeder behind Faith in The Point Bird Dogs located in Trafalgar, IN. We offer healthy, affectionate pups with a high prey drive. Their health and well-being are our top priority! We strive to improve the German Shorthaired Pointer breed focusing on health, temperament, and genetics. All GSPs are beautiful, so we never breed for aesthetics or color. Our pups are members of our family so we take the selection of their fur-ever home extremely seriously!

Why did you start breeding?
I decided to start breeding through a desire to work to improve the breed to make the next generation better family members and hunting companions. I love working with and training GSPs, and let’s be honest, who doesn’t love having puppies around the house?!?What makes your program special?
The love that we put into each and every puppy is what makes our program special. We don’t send our pups to new families, we just continually grow our FIT Point family with each puppy that goes to their fur-ever home. I am dedicated to preparing my puppies to thrive as their best selves, and I strive for quality and excellence with everything that I do!Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from David
David has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $299.99 non-refundable deposit and between $700.01 - $900.01 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Also included are the first round of vaccinations, deworming, dewclaw removal, tail docking, and a microchip. Our pups also come with a 3-year health guarantee. We require 25% down to hold a spot on the litter. We require an additional 25% down when you select your pup in order to hold it. The remaining amount is due at pick-up.”
Contract & health guarantee
David may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
