I'm Tami G., the breeder behind Fine Whines & Lickers located in South Charleston, OH. We love to raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. We fell in love with the breed because of their intelligence and personality. There’s no better feeling than being able to share them with other families that will love them the way we do!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    The love of owning Chihuahuas and wanting to breed quality stock. We had seen some less than desirable litters of puppies and wanted to offer a much healthier and happier litter of puppies to people.

  • What makes your program special?

    All of our Dams and Sires live in our homes and the puppies live in our homes and are handled on a daily basis. They are never put in cages or kennels. They have large areas to run and play together with the other litters of puppies. Our dogs and puppies never go outside. They are all peepad trained. They get regular Vet checks, are dewormed, and have their dew claws removed at birth.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black sabled fawn, chocolate and white, chocolate and tan, fawn and white, black and white, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $275 non-refundable deposit and between $1,725 - $2,125 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
