I'm Josh N., the breeder behind German Heideterriers USA located in Evans, GA. For those who are interested in the Heideterrier, the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of a successful hunt are only part of the appeal. There is also a deep appreciation for the unique qualities that make these dogs so special - their tenacity, intelligence, and unwavering loyalty.
Q. & A. with Josh
Why did you start breeding?
Breeding dogs is not a business for us. We are committed to producing dogs that excel in both hunting and everyday environments.
What makes your program special?
Currently, we are the only authentic breeding program in the United States. All of our dogs are registered with the German and Lithuanian Heideterrier Associations/Clubs. However, our pups do not come registered or with breeding rights.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
