All of our puppies are bred, raised, and loved indoors to produce happy, healthy pets for those seeking the best family companion! When we got our first dog, we were instantly in love. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy puppies into the lives of other families!

    It’s more of a hobby for me. Raising the pups and meeting their new families is such a joy!

    Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black, black sabled fawn, blue and tan, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Vicki

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Vicki partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    If you are thinking about buying a chihuahua from Vicki at High Cotton Chihuahuas, do not hesitate. My adult daughter and I each purchased a puppy from Vicki. Elroy and Peaches are the parents, Chipper and Matthew the puppies. They were born on March 25, 2026. Vicki made the whole process a complete pleasure. From the moment we expressed an interest in the puppies Vicki was available and willing to answer any questions we had. She even sent additional photos and video’s. Her home is immaculate and all the puppies are healthy and happy. Good dog.com helped facilitate the seamless transaction. We flew into the Jacksonville, FL airport where we met Vicki. I think we all had tears in our eyes as Vicki handed us our newest family members. Vicki even stayed with us through the airport check-in process just to be sure everything was in order. 5 weeks later and we are still corresponding with Vicki; she is genuinely interested in how the puppies are doing. We are happy to share our incredible experiences with her. We love the puppies so much. They have definitely found their furever homes.     I cannot say enough kind things about Vickie! I lost my chihuahua of 17 years and was absolutely heartbroken. My husband told me I needed a new little one to love, and although I hesitated, I eventually started searching for a good breeder and a litter that matched what I was hoping for. It didn’t take long before I stumbled across Vickie and her adorable litters. After reading her reviews and speaking with her, I knew instantly she was the perfect match. I adopted Piper—now Isla—from Vickie. When I shared the name I chose, she immediately started calling her Isla so she could get used to it. She sent me (almost) daily updates: photos, videos, and sweet little moments that made the wait so much easier. She responded quickly, offered advice whenever I needed it, and truly made the whole experience incredible. I live in Tennessee, and when it was time to pick up Isla, Vickie graciously met us halfway—something we were so grateful for. When she arrived, she brought the most thoughtful care package: food, three blankets, reusable pee pads, lavender wipes, and all of Isla’s paperwork. Since bringing Isla home (almost a month ago!), I’ve stayed in touch with Vickie, still asking questions and leaning on her guidance. She has never once hesitated to help and is genuinely so easy to talk to. Isla is the sweetest girl—playful, people-loving, and already doing amazing with potty training. I recommend Vickie a thousand times over. She absolutely rocks! Now… time to share some adorable photos of the little girl who has filled my heart with joy again! 💜🐾

    Vicki was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. She sent lots of update pictures before I got him and she was very kind! Her and her husband met us in Perry, GA (a middle spot for both of us) and it was so great meeting her and our new puppy. We have had Hank for over a month now and we absolutely love him, he has been such a perfect addition to our family. He even was puppy pad trained when we brought him home!     Our experience purchasing Archie from Vicki E. was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Before we even placed our deposit, Vicki happily shared additional photos and videos of Archie so we could get to know him better. After we reserved him, she even FaceTimed with us so we could see him in real time. Since we weren't able to pick Archie up for a few weeks after placing our deposit, she continued to send us frequent photos and videos so we could watch him grow. It made the wait so much easier and showed how much she cared about keeping us involved. Picking Archie up at the Jacksonville airport was completely seamless. Vicki even sent him home with the sweetest duffle bag filled with puppy food, a blanket, a bed, toys, wipes, and other thoughtful essentials to help him settle into his new home. She also made sure he stayed up to date on all of his veterinary appointments before he came home to us. Vicki is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring. It is obvious that she and her husband truly love their puppies and are dedicated to giving them the very best start in life. Archie is a healthy and happy puppy who has brought so much joy to me and my family. My mom also purchased Archie's littermate, Cooper, from Vicki, and we love that the boys get to grow up together and see each other regularly.     Vicki was a dream to work with! She sent photos and videos regularly (especially when I asked for specific ones!), was so responsive and helpful with my questions, and it’s clear how she truly loves the pups! Our sweet Buster is healthy, secure, happy, playful, cuddly, smart, responsive and getting the hang of potty training quickly. We know Vicki provided him with the best foundation, and she even provided us with a “care package” when we picked him up - including a dog bed and blanket that smelled like his sisters, food and toys, and the paperwork organized and protected.     I got my puppy from Vicki and it was the best and easiest experience. Vicki is so responsive, always sharing her tips and expertise even before we picked up our pup. She was kind enough to meet me by the airport and had all the documents ready for the puppy the fly home with me. Healthy dogs in a happy and healthy environment where they are given lots of love and care. It’s been almost 3 months since we got our precious Axel and we couldn’t be happier.
