I'm Kris N., the breeder behind HiWater Welsh Terriers located in Florida. I am a dedicated Welsh Terrier breeder. I am very involved in the breed and take great pride in the dogs I produce. I carefully choose the sire and dam in order to produce the best quality possible. I do everything I can to ensure the puppies have everything they need to develop into healthy and happy dogs.
