Kathy was amazing to work with! She was very responsive and made the entire process of purchasing my puppy Sam so easy. Lil Paw gave photos almost daily right up to pick up. We talked for a long time on the phone and she was very informative. When we arrived to pick up our little guy, she had a nice sitting area where we could meet our new pup. The dog is beautiful.
