“We take care selecting new families for our beloved puppies. While we do allow for a waitlist, we ensure we know what the client is looking for in their new companion. We wait until the puppies are ~4 weeks old before listing them as available.”

“The price includes: health guarantee, AKC pre-registration, initial vaccines and deworming, microchip, DNA test, puppy food, treats, toys, a blanket, and cost of raising a well-rounded puppy. The non-refundable deposit is required to hold your selected puppy as reserved. A deposit is required, otherwise the puppy will be available to other applicants.”
Teresa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Teresa offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Teresa directly.

My experience with Teresa, was absolutely splendid from start to finish. She was warm, professional, and deeply knowledgeable about her dogs, making the entire process both joyful and reassuring. Every puppy was clearly raised with exceptional care and attention, healthy, social, and full of personality. Teresa took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated with photos and details, and genuinely cared that each pup found the perfect home. It’s rare to meet someone so passionate and responsible in their breeding — she truly goes above and beyond.
