I'm Kathy G., the breeder behind Kactus Kathy's Chihuahuas located in Congress, AZ. We health test our dogs to make sure we are breeding the healthiest dogs possible in our breed. Kactus Kathy's Chihuahuas are shown and we have several Champions in our kennel and working on some Grand Champions as well. We have many satisfied customers, some of who have bought multiple dogs from us as their companion animals. Kactus Kathy's also sells to other breeders for showing and adding to their breeding program.

Why did you start breeding?
I bought a dog to show from another breeder and it sort of just developed from there! I began with meeting other breeders, purchasing better dogs, breeding better puppies. It was a long process that started about 12 years ago with my first Chihuahua!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate, fawn, and black sabled fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Kathy
Kathy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $3,550 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Our non-refundable deposit is subtracted from the final purchase price. It is usually 10% of the purchase price.”

Kathy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
