I'm Adrienne F., the breeder behind Kyllburg located in Crystal River, FL. Our breeding concept is simple; temperament, health, and the breed standard. We feel every dog needs to be a long-lived pet. We have set our standards high when it comes to breeding to the standard. We want to produce exceptional dogs for others to bring into their lives.

Why did you start breeding?
After spending decades of brushing & cording coat, we decided to get a dog who required minimal grooming. After much research, we decided on getting a Vizsla. Turns out these Vizslas are a lot like potato chips, hard to stop at just one. We knew we had to share this incredible breed with others.What makes your program special?
We are so honored to spend our lives breeding these incredible dogs for others. We are committed to putting all of our time and efforts into each breeding to ensure quality results.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Parent health testing
Excellent level
Kyllburg reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Vizslas.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
