I'm Kelly L., the breeder behind Lee’s Applehead Chihuahuas located in Ashford, CT. I am Chihuahua Breeder of sweet personalities and gorgeous colors/patterns. Occasionally, I have French Bullhuahuas (Cross between Purebred French Bulldog & Applehead Chihuahua. Puppies are raised in my home and are socialized with children and other dogs. My Chihuahuas are truly special.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I love animals especially dogs. I wanted to provide people with quality small dogs for reasonable pricing. I was lucky to work with a Premier Rhode Island Breeder who mentored me for years.

  • What makes your program special?

    All my Chihuahuas and French Bullhuahuas have unique patterns and colors. They have beautiful personalities.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Companion Cross puppies are small size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our Companion Cross puppies include long and smooth coat varieties. Chihuahua puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Companion Cross puppies include black and white, white, fawn, blue, black and tan, and black. Chihuahua puppies include black, cream, fawn, blue, blue brindled fawn, chocolate brindled fawn, fawn brindled black, white, black and silver, black and tan, blue and tan, fawn and white, blue and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
