Ara was absolutely fantastic coordinating all that I needed to know to have a smooth transition bringing the new puppy home. She was great at keeping me abreast of all the information I need, plus her response was always quick and concise. I am very happy with all the process. She really cares about her Glen's and it shows, she's great!
