I'm Amina D., the breeder behind Long Coat Dalmatians located in Sugar Land, TX. Our Long coats are great because their gene pool is diversified to exclude non desirable traits from densely bred dalmatians. We made sure to get each of our long coats from breeders in different states and with as little relation as possible.
Q. & A. with Amina
Why did you start breeding?
I was getting stopped often asking if my male was going to have puppies. We were stopped once at a restaurant and exchanged numbers with the man who had a female. They had one litter with one long coat. Thats when it all changed for me.
What makes your program special?
I focus on breeding long coats because they are healthier, live longer, have better temperaments, shed a lot less as well. I call them the golden retreivers of dalmatians because they are a perfect for any family!!!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
