About Sage
Sage was born in Missouri, and came to us in August of 2022. She is the second GSP we have ever owned. We knew right away that she would be a good mother, since she is always mothering our Vizsla, Ginger. Sage is an avid hunter, and will hunt anything from birds to bugs! She has brought us various "gifts" from the backyard, including birds and rabbits. Like most GSPs, she is very active during the day, preferring to scour our large yard for prey, chase her sister, or follow us as we do outdoor chores. In the evening, she is content to snuggle with her sister on the couch with Dad. Sage loves heat, and will sit in front of the wall heater in our bathroom or in the den. She also has a quirky side, especially when she lies on her back and shows her teeth, looking like a crocodile. Sage is very social and friendly, and is really drawn to kids, since the first 10 weeks of her life were spent with small children.
