I'm JOHN U., the breeder behind Majestik Kennels located in Alliance, NE. We raise German Shorthaired Pointers for hunt and show. Been in there business for 20+ yrs. We only breed to better our breed. Our dogs excel both in the field and as companions. We are dedicated to improving our lines with each generation so that the breed will continue to thrive for a long time to come.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Been in GSPs for 20+ years. My first dog I had only condition was I had to show. Few years later had a female who was built to the standard and found a male that would help her in a few places
  • What makes your program special?

    We don't breed every month or every time we do our research on males and find the best that would help better our breed
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from JOHN

Price

Puppy prices include between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes, UTD shots, dewormer, microchipped, AKC registration. Puppies are sold by either pet (spay/neuter) or breeding/sport prospect.”

  • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Cone Degeneration, Cone Degeneration, German Shorthaired Pointer Type, Lupoid Dermatosis (LD)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
