  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started with Aslan whose mother is from Ukraine for diverse genes and to balance some traits in both lines. He has superb DNA, OFA's, and hair that's low maintenance kept long. I found a chihuahua show handler in Mississippi retiring her shih tzu line with lineage from the show ring 3 generations back. With her guidance and contribution, I'm hoping to produce a pup worthy of the show ring.

  • What makes your program special?

    DNA and OFA testing of bloodlines for optimal puppy health with OFA's of knees, eyes, heart, some hip, elbow, dentition, and hearing in the dalmatian pups. OFA's are publicly accessible. Born in my bedroom and raised in the central parts of the house allow exposure to cats, cars, big dogs, and more. Vaccines and deworming protocols approved by vets help maintain optimal health of your new puppy.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Dalmatian puppies are white and black. Shih Tzu puppies include black and white and gold and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Shannon

Shannon has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Shannon partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $1,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Shannon made our first experience dining a puppy a compete joy.
