Mull Valley GSP

Teresa M.

Breeder of German Shorthaired Pointers

Meet the breeder

I'm Teresa M., the breeder behind Mull Valley GSP located in Atlanta, GA. We breed GSP's that are conformationally sound with strong hunting instinct. Our goal is to produce dogs that can compete in the show ring and field as well be personal hunting companions and family pets. We strongly believe in the importance of breeding dogs that have been fully health tested to the OFA standards.

Q. & A. with Teresa

  • Why did you start breeding?

My female comes from a long line of dual champions. She achieved her CH in the show ring before she was 2 and has two majors towards her GCH. My passion is field work. She has made great progress towards her FC and AFC. I am confident she will achieve her dual championship.
  • What makes your program special?

I plan to do very limited breeding with the goal of perpetuating the dual dog; conformationally correct with hunting instinct. Too often the breed has been diluted so you almost have two separate breeds, one that looks good and one that hunts well. My sire and dam have been fully health and DNA tested with generations of dual champions.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
