I'm Kathy E., the breeder behind Mystik IGs located in Loxahatchee, FL. We breed for health and temperament as well as conformation. We take this very seriously and will not engage with anyone that does not. Socialization is also focused on- as soon as they are ready, we get them out to experience 'life'. We adore this breed and want the very best for our 'kids'.

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and blue, white and red fawn, white and seal, blue fawn, white and red, seal, red, red fawn, fawn, and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Parent health testing

Mystik IGs reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Italian Greyhounds.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
