I'm Kathy & Melissa B., the breeder behind North Star Chihuahuas located in Brook Park, MN. I am retired and live with my daughter and since retirement have time to spend with our babies! They are part of our family, actually they rule the house! We are just starting this adventure and currently have 2 females and 1 male.

Why did you start breeding?
My parents bred chihuahuas and I always wanted to, but wanted to wait until I retired, so I had the time to care for my babies.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Puppy prices include a $1,200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

FiFi is the sweetest dog. She loves to bury herself in the blankets to sleep ,chase her squeaky ball and sun herself on the back of the couch. She is AKC and has had DNA and health screening thru the American Kennel Assoc.

Kathy & Melissa are very friendly & knowledgeable about their chihuahuas. They take pride in their pups. Rocky has been a joy for my husband & I. From all the excitement the day we got him, he slept all night, not a peep out of him. He was just tired out. Kathy & Melissa was so good with the hole experiment. I was worried about not getting the right place of getting the puppy or not. There are so many scams out there. But they made me feel good from the start. I just love my tiny little puppy, Lily. The first night was not a bad night. She just cried a little and then went right to sleep in her kennel. She already doesn't like it when I leave the room. The only thing that I did not like about the Good Dog was not knowing the extras fees that I had to pay. Kathy and Melissa were wonderful to work with. I chose Ollie right from his birth. Kathy and Melissa kept me up to date with videos and photos as Ollie grew. He knew his name by the time I picked him up. They were flexible with a pick up date and kept Ollie through my vacation, which was so appreciated. He is a healthy, well adjusted pup. They love their chihauhaus and it shows in the care they give their dogs.

I had a wonderful, life enhancing experience with Good Dog. They made it easy to find my special pup at North Star Chihuahuas.
