I'm Teresa M., the breeder behind Oasis Mastiffs located in La Porte, TX. Our dogs excel in the ring and as beloved companions. We are very proud of their accomplishments and those of their puppies. All of the breeding dogs in our program are chosen for their outstanding temperament and health. Many of their puppies have grown to be exceptional service and therapy dogs. The majority are sold on pet contracts ( spay/neuter). Due to the costs increases, our current price is $4000 for limited and $5000 for full registration ( I rarely sell on full registration).

Why did you start breeding?
Accidentally! I was buying a Mastiff puppy for my son, but I fell in love with a little brindle girl. I bought both girls, a fawn and a brindle. The brindle ended up being just a pet, but she hooked me into diving head first into the breed. It sincerely changed my life. I bought my foundation bitch after learning much more about the breed and becoming active in the show world.What makes your program special?
I feel my program is special because I’ve worked very hard to breed Mastiffs that are up to the breed standard, but just as importantly, the are the true “ gentle giants”. No matter how beautiful a Mastiff is, it is nothing without a sound temperament.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Teresa

Puppy prices include a $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Limited registration only. All pups will come with AKC registration and microchip. All will require a written contract signed. Contracts should protect the pup first and foremost and then equally the buyer and seller.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
