I'm Kathleen M., the breeder behind Paisley Lakelands located in Phoenix, AZ. Lakeland Terriers are an amazingly healthy breed, with no genetic disposition to any inherited disease, so I concentrate on conformation and temperament. They are a rare breed and I do not breed often, but occasionally have a few puppies available to carefully selected pet homes.

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Where do your breeding dogs live?

Kathleen has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

“All puppies are AKC registered and are microchipped. They have been fecal tested and wormed if needed and have had as many vaccines appropriate for their age. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but may be refunded in special circumstances.”
Kathleen may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Kathleen offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Kathleen directly.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Kathleen.
